Mr. Sanjay Mehrotra (DIN:02263323) is the Director (Finance) of our Company. He is a qualified Cost Accountant and also holds a Master’s degree in Commerce. He is an accomplished professional with an experience of over 32 years in power sector, including the Power Finance Corporation Ltd., NHPC Ltd., Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd. and REC Ltd. Prior to joining GRID-INDIA, he was working as Executive Director (Finance) of Power Finance Corporation Ltd.
Shri Mehrotra has an extensive experience in project financing and infrastructure development, formulation and execution of consultancy assignments, fund mobilization from domestic as well as international markets, banking & treasury, asset liability management and stressed asset resolution.
He has been appointed as Director (Finance) on our Board in December, 2023.
