Advocate Ravindra Ramdas Borawake (DIN: 09389373) is the Independent Director of our Company. He holds the professional qualification of an Advocate and has done his graduation in Commerce.

Mr. Borawake is renowned for his Social work and is a respectable personality. He is currently working as the Chairman of Jyoti Credit Society, one of the best Credit Co-operative Society in Maharashtra. Apart from this, he has worked as the Vice Chairman of Sahakar Bharati for the State of Maharashtra and was the Director of Maharashtra State Cooperative Credit Society Federation. He is also founder of Kopargaon Sahakari Grahak Bhandar and a founding member of Ahmednagar District Patsanstha Stairya Nidhi Sahakari Sangh, Ahmednagar. He is also the member of Shri Saibaba Trust and Ex member of Maharashtra Telephone Advisory Committee and member of various social institutions.

Before joining the Board of GRID-INDIA, he was non-official independent Director in BSNL from 2021 to 2024 and was Chairman of Audit Committee as well as NRC Committee in BSNL.

He has been appointed as Independent Director on our Board in April, 2025.
